For the worker
Built for the field.Training on their terms.
A simple, mobile-friendly experience so every worker can complete their training, get certified and keep their records with them.
A movie, then section by section
Each course opens with a short movie. Every section plays its video first, then asks four questions drawn from that section's bank.
Answer first, learn after
No right-or-wrong signal while answering. At the end of a section the worker sees the result, and on a miss, which questions were wrong, the right answer and why.
A final test before the certificate
Passing every section unlocks the final test: every question of the course in one sitting. 80% or better issues the certificate. Below that, only the final test is retaken.
Never locked out
Unlimited attempts. Every attempt is kept on the record.
English and Spanish throughout
Screens, captions, questions and certificates in both languages.
Bad signal is fine
Any phone, nothing to install. Progress is saved as they go, so a dropped connection loses nothing.

For the office
Stay organized.Keep your crew current.
Know who is current, who is due, and what to do about it. Jonah gives you the tools to manage training records across your entire crew.
A live roster
Current, due and expired for every person. Each person's status is the worst of their required courses.
Who to follow up with
Analytics names who is expired, due for renewal, may need help, stalled or not started.
Add your crew your way
One person at a time, or a spreadsheet with every row previewed before anyone is created. Each worker gets an Employee ID and a password.
Choose each person's courses
Tick the courses on each person's form, or for everyone in a spreadsheet import.
Make the course yours
Your account owner can edit a course for your own workers: section text, videos, captions and questions. Only your crew sees the changes.
Renewals that respect what they know
A renewal starts with a short diagnostic. A section answered perfectly, and unchanged since the last certificate, is cleared. The rest are retaken.
Reports by email
